by Michael Teng (Author)
The failure to predict and address our current global financial problems could be directly attributed to poor leadership. It was bad and unprincipled leadership that brought us to the dismal situation we are in now. Fortunately, it will be good and principled leadership that can get us back on track again. This book discusses how an enlightened leadership can steer the course of an organization to path that it wants to be in. Although its primary focus would be for people who are involved in corporate change, it could also benefit people who are involved in all kinds of organizations, large or small. The concepts of leadership and its use in managing any kind of change would be useful for the CEO, the manager, owners of businesses, leaders in society, and for the student in change management. This book is for everyone. Whether you are a member of the board of corporations, CEOs, managers, entrepreneurs, and just students of management, you will learn how leaders of our times and of biblical times have used the concepts of leadership and how they used this kind of leadership address the different requirements for change.
