He is the coeditor of six anthologies; the author of poetry collections including \u003ci\u003eHabitat Threshold \u003c\/i\u003eand his ongoing from unincorporated territory series; and the author of the monograph, \u003ci\u003e Navigating Chamoru Poetry: Indigeneity, Aesthetics, and Decolonization\u003c\/i\u003e. He is professor in the English department at the University of Hawaiʻi, Mānoa.
