by Osman Alimamy Sankoh (Author)
In this book, the author talks to his readers about the colours, BLACK and WHITE, and about the concept of racism. The objective of the book is to highlight the roles played by our history, our language, our culture, our politics, our religion and our economy in promoting racism. The author however cautions that, "our concern with racism should not diminish our sense of the gravity of other no less virulent forms of bigotry. It should be clear that discrimination, even when it is not racist, should not be tolerated. Some non-racist forms of discrimination which can even lead to ethnic genocide are just as dangerous as racism."
