I was as guilty as anyone: There were many questions that I should have asked when there were those around me who could have provided the answers, but now they are gone, and so I can only describe what I can remember, much of it from first hand experience during the period 1936 to 1967 when the last large passenger boat left Rhyl, bringing to an end another chapter in the Town's history.
