Hence, I started taking medication that was supposed to help this, but in the long run it gave me more serious health issues to deal with. Years later, I have stopped taking the medication with a doctor's supervision. At this point, I have re-discovered who I am without the medication. Through years of journaling the good times and the bad, I have developed into someone who truly loves herself and believes in her own beauty and strength. This book is a collection of those journal entries and memoirs. Some are small pieces of wisdom or an inspirational quote that I leaned on to help me overcome a particular challenge. Others are reflections of my inner emotions and thoughts that reflect my honest self at that time. Personal growth and transformation have always been important to me and I hope this book can be helpful to others who care about the same things. I know we can all relate to times of struggle and finding the strength to continue.
