Author Biography
Gwen Davies helped pioneer plain language in Canada, moving from literacy to co-ordinator of plain language at the Canadian Legal Information Centre. Since the 90s she has worked as a consultant, writing, editing, and leading workshops in clear language and design for businesses, non-profits, and government. Her background includes journalism, community development, and adult education, with degrees from King's College and Wilfrid Laurier University.
