Author Biography
Prof. Richard Boateng is an Associate Professor in Information Systems at the University of Ghana Business School. He is also the associate editor of the Information Technologies & International Development Journal and serves on the editorial board of the Information Development Journal. He holds a doctorate degree from the University of Manchester, UK. Richard is a Chevening Scholar and a Dorothy Hodgkin Scholar. Since 2006, Richard has published more than 30 articles in international journals, refereed conferences and book chapters.
