Author Biography
James Quigley is the UK's leading anxiety coach. He helps people who suffer from anxiety become calm, confident and self-assured, so that they feel able to go out and make life work for them. James wasn't always an anxiety coach - he suffered from childhood with social anxiety, bouts of OCD, the odd panic-attack and ultimately a lot of workplace stress in adulthood. He managed to hide it from the world, through his 'cheeky-chap' and fun-loving persona, but inside he felt anxious, he lacked confidence and he labelled himself 'shy'. Like many people with anxiety, James used alcohol to escape and avoided any unnecessary social encounters, so as not to trigger it. He'd tell anyone who listened that life was great though, or "no' bad" in his Scottish vernacular. One day he woke up and he knew that he needed to beat the anxiety, and become just like everyone else - calm, confident and self-assured. He went on a journey of self-discovery, training as a hypnotherapist, training in NLP and working with some of the top personal development coaches from around the world - all the time working through all his issues that contributed to his feelings of anxiety. Now, he coaches anxiety sufferers from around the world, the exact system that worked for him and made him become calm, confident and self-assured and the same system that many of his clients have used to feel the same.
