Sybil Grafton is not a nice person most of the time. She knows it, and she doesn't really care. Her life is carried out just the way she plans. When another partner at the law firm conducts some messy business and involves Sybil, it puts a crease in the perfection she strives for. Walking out on her job doesn't help. Sybil's pride leads her back to the one place on earth she doesn't want to be.Chandler Byron is the typical cowboy. He embodies everything that Sybil has come to despise in Wheatacre, Kansas. He's thrilled with all the items in his life that caused Sybil to seek the big lights of Kansas City. But it's difficult to resist those engaging blue eyes and handsome smile, especially when they are focused on another beautiful face. When that woman knows her way around a cowboy and his horse, the battle lines are drawn. And Sybil is always up for a fight. When Love Grows continues life in small-town Wheatacre, with the people you came to cherish in When Hope Blooms.
