Author Biography
Michael Moore grew up in the beautiful plains of Colorado all his life with a hardworking farming background. Having his own commercial soy farm, which was passed down from his father. However, Michael wanted to expand his knowledge and skill set from an early age and started rearing cattle and growing other crops on the family farm. Now with over 4 decades of farming experience in both crops and livestock rearing he has built a completely self sufficient small farm for his family of 5. Producing fruit, vegetable, herbs, meat, fish and all natural by-products such as honey, cheese and eggs all throughout the year. Michael believes everyone anywhere can enjoy the benefits of becoming self-sufficient, and plans to write a series of books aimed at various levels of expertise to help individuals on their own homesteading journey.
