Louisa Silva, MD, MPH, pediatrician integrating Western and Chinese medicine with public health. Founder of Qigong Sensory Training Institute. Lead researcher of 20 university-based QST research studies for children with autism and other disabilities. Founder of the Guadalupe Community Clinic, Salem, OR.
