by Paula Robbins (Author)
A raw, soul-baring memoir, this book chronicles Paula Robbins' harrowing yet redemptive journey from addiction, abuse, and generational trauma to clarity, connection, and spiritual awakening. With unflinching honesty and poetic insight, the author reflects on a childhood marked by chaos, the numbing grip of substances, and the transformative power of community and grace. Central to her healing are the Four Pillars of Connection--guiding principles that illuminate a path forward for anyone struggling with addiction, disconnection, or despair. More than a story of survival, this is a call to wholeness, offering hope and inspiration to those seeking freedom from their past. With vulnerability, courage, and profound compassion, the author invites readers to witness not only what it takes to heal, but what it truly means to live.
Author Biography
Paula has been in the work of helping others both professionally and as a volunteer for over 30 years. While she identifies most with the title of Metaphysician, she has been called a Healer, an Intuitive, a Mentor, a Therapist, and many other titles she has been deeply honored to hold over these many years. She's been a volunteer in many capacities, worked for many years in Corporate America in the staffing and recruiting industry, and has now worked professionally in the Healing Arts since 2007. While her primary certification is for Hypnotherapy, Paula uses many modalities applicable to the balance of the body, mind, and spirit to help those willing to focus on all of the spokes of the wheel to better their life from the inside out.
