Author Biography
Award-winning fitness coach, mountain guide, and former competitive cyclist, John Colver has two decades of experience leading high-altitude expeditions, including to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Mount Denali in Alaska, Mount Aconcagua in Argentina, and on over 100 successful summits of Mount Rainier. He has coached over 2000 clients of all ages to various fitness goals. Rohit Eipe is a marathon-distance runner who has trained with John for 8 years.
