Author Biography
Tom Kennedy is a professional transport economist having worked in more than 40 countries. His life - long passion for railways led him to a career in railway management and consulting, specializing in railway operations and policy. Having lived in South Africa for 30 years, he is now a resident of the United States. He has two previous publications to his credit: "The Cape to Cairo Rail Journey" and "Historical Sketches of Railway Development in China".
