Author Biography
Dr Krystal Wilkinson is Reader (Associate Professor) in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and worked in a range of operational HR roles prior to moving into academia.
Dr Helen Woolnough is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Manager, Equans, UK and Ireland. She is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). Helen worked in numerous academic roles before moving into organisational practice.
