Author Biography
The author was born in Chicago in 1942, attended public schools, Oberlin College, where she majored in Philosophy and graduated in 1964, Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where she graduated with honors in 1979. She was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and practiced general law, including work for offices of the public defender, until retiring in 2006. She is married and has children and grandchildren.
