by Elizabeth Durden (Author)
Do you feel sick and tired of being sick and tired? Maybe you are so exhausted after you get home from work every day, that you have nothing left to give to your spouse or children? You might even get distracted by mundane chores and let them interrupt your time with God or your family? If you can say yes to any of these questions, this book is for you. The key to having an intentional life, one that you are excited to wake up to each and every day, starts with self care, and we can't care for ourselves when everything around us just drains us. Each chapter has tasks and a schedule to follow to ensure the action steps can be implemented in a way that not only builds upon the previous work, but helps to take what you learn and actually apply the knowledge into your life.
